Collaborate with others
You can grant access to other users, called collaborators, to view or edit each form.
Step 1: Log in and get started
Log in to Qualtrics. On the left side of the screen, under Welcome to XM, click on the form you would like to grant access to.
Step 2: Use the Tools menu
Near the middle of the top of the page, select Tools from the menu.
Step 3: Collaborate
From the Tools dropdown menu, select Collaborate.
Step 4: Collaborate on project
You should now see a Collaborate on Project window with a box to add the people you wish to collaborate with on the project.
- Enter the email addresses for the collaborators you wish to add and select their address when it appears below.
- To the right, click on the blue box that reads Add Selected.
- At this point, you can choose the privileges for each user.
- When finished, click the blue Save button. The collaborator(s) should now have access.
