Find your form link
Once you have created your form, you will need to locate the link to share it with others or add it to your website.
Step 1: Select Distributions
On the Survey/Form page, select Distributions in the top middle of your screen.
Step 2: How do you want to distribute your survey?
The first time you visit the Distributions tab for a form, you will see the screen below. Choose Web and then Use Anonymous Link
If you are returning, skip directly to Step 3.
Step 3: Choose Anonymous Link
On the left side of your screen, select Anonymous Link.
Step 4: Copy the survey link
Click the blue button labeled Copy survey link.
