This virtual series will provide faculty with opportunities to interrogate and disrupt structural inequities in the policies and practices that govern the faculty lifecycle in support of success and retention of BIPOC faculty.

Radical Inclusivity Series

A series of presentations, workshops, and “tiny talks” invite faculty and instructional staff to reflect upon how they engage with students in the classroom.

Inclusive Teaching Exchange Days (iTED)

Faculty welcome colleagues into their classrooms to share inclusive instructional techniques and pedagogical approaches.

Kovener Teaching Fellows Program

This program brings together twenty student and faculty Fellows for discussion, exploration, and mentorship.

Community Dinners

Share a meal and discuss issues relevant to the College Community.

Annual Inclusive Excellence Summit

Organized around an overarching theme, the summit will provide opportunities for students, faculty, staff, and senior leadership to strengthen the skills that build and sustain inclusive and equitable actions across the College.

DEI Workshops

DEI workshops engage faculty and staff with dynamic programming on diversity, equity, and inclusion-related issues that may pop up either somewhat or wholly expectedly in or outside the classroom.

Staff Retreat

The College’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Staff Retreat seeks to illuminate the identities, stories, and experiences of members of our diverse community. We look forward to meaningfully engaging staff, thereby making diversity, equity, and inclusion work—and its benefits—truly inclusive.
