Inclusive Teaching Exchange Days (iTED)
iTED is a peer-to-peer collaborative professional development program. It invites faculty and instructors to visit a colleague’s classroom to observe their peers engaging in a variety of inclusive instructional techniques and pedagogical approaches. iTED is open to all College faculty, and the process is simple: the College’s Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) enlists faculty hosts from across the College, ODI does all the coordination, and you show up for your classroom visit.
Interested in opening up your classroom for other colleagues to visit? Email Carmen Henne-Ochoa, Assistant Dean for diversity and inclusion.
