IU Human Resources provides information on many policies, including how to report sexual misconduct, as well as guides to hiring policies and diversity training opportunities. You may report incidences of bias and discrimination through IU's Office of Institutional Equity.

Please inform your supervisor of your grievance or complaint. If you are not comfortable reporting the concern to your supervisor, please contact the College’s Human Resource Office.
